FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $32.36 - $48.53 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary:Performs administration of assigned IT security system(s) and completes user provisioning requests.

Responsibilities

• Enters requests into tracking system and assigns ticket number or other identification. Interviews customer to determine nature and scope of the customer's request and the appropriate response.
• Diagnoses, resolves and closes customer information security related issues according to service level guidelines. Promptly escalates issues to higher level technical support or management when necessary.
• Assists with developing and implementing service level agreements.
• Serves as a mentor to team members regarding information security policies and procedures. Provides training, support and troubleshooting to end users. Documents end-user issues and recommends steps to prevent recurrences.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
  
  

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3 years of relevant experience.
  
  

Preferred

• Knowledge of provisioning account access
• 3 years in a Identity Access Management/User Provisioning role or relevant experience
• Experience working with a ticketing system
• Experience working in Active Directory
• Experience with Epic provisioning
• Ability to stay organized and on-task
• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills necessary to work within a team
• Excellent Problem solving analytical, communication and customer service skills
