Description

The Department of Medicine is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to play a key role in supporting recruitment efforts in partnership with regional leadership. This position is central to delivering a seamless candidate experience and ensuring efficient, well-coordinated recruitment operations, including scheduling interviews, tours, and walk-throughs; arranging travel, lodging, meals, and detailed itineraries; tracking applicant progress to maintain data accuracy and integrity; maintaining records for community recruits and Letters of Understanding (LOUs); processing recruitment-related reimbursements; and supporting annual recruiting events.

Hourly Range: $32.20-$51.36

Salary : $32 - $51
