This will involve responding to questions regarding status of referrals, directory assistance or assistance in communicating with a provider. You will: * Record all calls in the managed care information system * Work effectively with other staff members * Adhere to department customer services protocols and greeting scripts * Follow key customer service concepts * Help achieve established customer service goals * Project a consistently professional demeanor Note: This posted position is 1 of 2 positions available for hire.
