DescriptionIn this role you will function as a floater in the Department of Ophthalmology and will be assigned to a unit or division as needed to provide patient-care services. Responsibilities include: * Record patient ocular history * Obtain visual acuity, autorefractometry, lensometry, tonometry, administration of eyedrops for pupil dilation and topical anesthesia * Assist with minor procedures * Obtain medical histories from patients with standard and rare medical disorders. * Assist in administrative duties when not with patients such as file preparation, insurance verification, patient follow up calls, and prescription refills Salary Range: $34.53-45.56 Hourly
