**1st or 2nd shift, weekends!!**
- This is a part-time, 1st or 2nd shift, weekend position (Saturdays & Sundays). Generally, 1st shift hours range from 8:00am - 4:00pm, and 2nd shift hours range from 3:00pm - 11:00pm but we are FLEXIBLE! We can build the hours around your availability!
About this Position:
Work in our In-Home Supports (IHS) Program providing individualized supported living services to participants with physical, intellectual, and/or developmental disabilities. Enhance and enrich each individual's life by being respectful of their choices, helping them to build self-esteem while fostering independence and personal growth.
Position Summary & Job Details:
In this position, the staff member creates opportunities for our individuals to develop and practice independence - both in the home and the community. *You will be provided an iPad for work use.
Provide direct support and care in accordance with each Individual’s written program guidelines.
- Respond to and act on any accident, emergency, incident, and/or medical problem immediately.
- Accurately and thoroughly complete all paperwork and computer entry on a daily basis (on your company-provided iPad).
- Assist individuals at support levels needed to promote clean, sanitary and orderly apartments.
- Provide transportation to participants using your own personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)

Requirements:
- Current driver’s license, auto insurance & clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate basic technology competency
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma, required
- College Degree, preferred
- Six months to two years related experience, desired
