We are looking for a dynamic person to become a valued member of our human resources team.
General Purpose of the Human Resource Generalist Position: Leave management, including FMLA, disability, PFL, Worker's Compensation; EEO-1 and OSHA reporting; ensure compliance with all DOL posting requirements; HRIS maintenance; educate management and staff on current employment law and help ensure agency HR policies are kept up to date.
Qualifications: Bachelor Degree from four-year accredited College or University; three to six years related experience. Thorough understanding of human resources and labor management principals, practices, and procedures. Requires effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and computer literacy. Ability to remain calm, tactful, and persuasive in a variety of situations.
