We're looking for a Field Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving problems on the ground, and is passionate about delivering excellence to our customers. What You'll Do
As a Field Project Manager, you'll be the critical link between our customers and our operations-ensuring projects run smoothly, relationships stay strong, and opportunities for growth are always on your radar.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the Customer Champion: Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities to expand our footprint.
  • Own the Jobsite: Visit project sites regularly, resolve issues proactively, and ensure our solutions are delivered with precision and professionalism.
  • Drive Innovation: Provide valuable market feedback and insights to help shape future product enhancements and service offerings.
  • Collaborate & Support: Partner with Account Managers to promote our product lines and support sales efforts across your region.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to keep UFP Site Built at the forefront of the industry.
  • Keep It Moving: Handle job setups, attend pre-construction meetings, and perform drive-bys to ensure every detail is covered.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Manufacturing or prefabrication experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with UFP's culture, products, and processes is a bonus
