Job Summary
As the GM, you’ll serve as the entrepreneurial heart of a fast‑paced golf simulator venue with full bar and food service. You will have full P&L responsibility—from simulator bookings and F&B to marketing and facility operations. Your goal: create a standout guest experience while maximizing profitability. Running and establishing and maintaining leagues and existing clientele.
This role blends leisure-sports hospitality with nightly bar and event energy. If you love hosting, know your way around a POS and a golf simulator console, and can lead by walking the floor, we want you., you will be responsible for leading the team, ensuring food quality, and maintaining operational efficiency while fostering a positive work environment.
Duties
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food ordering and pickup, preparation, staff training, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of food production and quality.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to promote the busimess and increase customer engagement.
- Utilize Clover POS system for efficient order processing and sales tracking.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Oversee all day-to-day operations—simulator bays, back‑of‑house, front area, restrooms, and lounge layout. Monster
- Ensure simulators (etc.) are fully operational and clean; partner with tech support as needed.
- Maintain venue safety, equipment inventories, and license compliance (health, liquor, fire).
- TIPS Training required
Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management, preferably in a bar and event setting
- MUST be a golfer
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices.
- Experience with staff training programs and team leadership.
- Familiarity with Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
