SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide academic and functional instruction to students diagnosed with Autism or Pervasive Developmental Disorder in a school setting. Monitor student academic and functional achievement through data collection, observation, and other quantitative methods. Observe and record student progress daily. Develop and monitor student?s IEP, reports, goals, objectives, attend IEP meetings, establish, maintain, and work toward student goals as outlined in the IEP. Manage student behavior through individualized motivational systems, S.M.A.R.T. Program and positive behavior support plans. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor?s level degree in Special Education, PA certification in Special Education, Elementary K-6�is required. Content area certifications preferred. �Prior experience working with students with behavioral health challenges within a school setting is highly desirable.�Salary : $0
