Foundations for Living is situated on 14 rolling, wooded acres in Mansfield, Ohio, Foundations For Living is a secure residential treatment center for youth 11 to 18 years of age. Our privately funded, 84-bed center (14 males, 70 females) is accredited by CARF and licensed by the Ohio Department of Mental Health & Addiction Services (ODMHAS). We offer proven, pro-social programs that capitalize on the strengths of adolescents with emotional or behavioral problems.
The Clinical Therapist: provides professional therapeutic counseling by facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions; initiates the development, management, and implementation of discharge planning for each resident; maintains the residential philosophy of care and assuring compliance with policies and procedures established to support the philosophy of care; maintains effective intra and interdepartmental communications; maintains accurate, complete, and timely documentation on all contacts, sessions, or meetings that are conducted on the resident’s behalf.

Qualifications
License in the state of Ohio as a LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC required. Must possess a Master’s Degree from an accredited university in one of the behavioral sciences.
Salary : $3,000
