Cedar Hills Hospital is looking for a Military Services Program Manager, with prior Military experience, who is dedicated to serving our patients with a high quality of care!

 

How you will make an impact:

 

This position provides leadership for the Military Services Program, ensuring delivery of clinical programs that meet the needs of the community and the facility’s objectives. Duties include the development of curriculum and program Initiatives and oversight for military services operations offered at the facility; including clinical services, transportation coordination, intake and assessment, and utilization review.

 

The Military Services Program Manager carry a caseload of patients enrolled in the Program, participates in multi-disciplinary treatment team meetings, documents services, support patients transitioning into and out of the program, and coordinates with outside providers.

New hires are typically brought into the organization between the minimum to midpoint of the salary range posted depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role.

 


Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Military experience required
  • Master’s degree in social work, or related mental health field a plus.
  • License - Certified in social work or clinical related mental health field preferred.
  • Key Skills - Stong communication, organization, service excellence, operations skills.
  • Knowledge of clinical programming preferred.
  • Handle With Care and Service Excellence training must occur within 90 days of employment.
  • May be required to work occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Travel may be required on occasion.
