Kidlink Treatment Services’ network of programs includes more than 50 specialized educational and residential behavioral treatment centers. Each center provides programming for children and adolescents who may have been unsuccessful in previous treatment settings.

Position Summary :
Our Referral Coordinator position offers a rewarding service to the youth in our community by providing the bridge between potential patients, their families and appropriate referral sources. This role is responsible for receiving, recording, disseminating, and tracking of all referrals from assigned markets in the KidLink Network. The Referral Coordinator carefully monitors all cases in the referral database while collaborating with appropriate Service Advocates and facilities to ensure a timely and smooth patient admissions experience.
Job Duties:
This position requires a high sense of urgency responding immediately to referral inquiries and be able to collaborate effectively between families and the facility with compassion and care. A strong commitment to detail in updating and maintaining notes and ensuring the patient is referred to the appropriate facility is a must.

Qualifications
Education Required:
Bachelor Degree, Masters Preferred
Knowledge:
Prior experience working in marketing or referral development for a mental health or healthcare agency, preferred.
Skills:
Proficient in the use of electronic correspondence and word processing.
