Main tasks include:

SUPERVISOR SECURITY 

• Assists in the planning, developing, administering and managing the day-to-day operations of the Security Department.
• Fundamental computer skills and keyboard familiarity
• Must be able to speak and communicate effectively and in a professional manner
• Must be able to accurately review written reports (I.e. check for errors , account for accurate information (Incident reports)
• Demonstrated organization and critical thinking skills
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to multiple and changing priorities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency
• 3 years security supervisory experience or equivalent
• Previous professional experience that demonstrates a progressive leadership background.
• I.A.H.S.S. (International Association Healthcare Security & Safety) Supervisor Certified within 180 days of service or hire.
