The Brook Hospital Dupont located at 1405 Browns Ln is seeking a Full Time Utilization Review Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities include:

The UM Case Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the treatment activities offered to the patient, interface with the treatment team/external case managers/managed care organizations, referring professionals and implementation and supervision of the discharge planning.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:
Required: Registered Nurse, LPN, and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or Psychology

LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION:
Licensed LPN or RN to practice in Kentucky

EXPERIENCE:
Required: One year of experience in Utilization Management
Preferred: Three to five years of experience in Utilization Management
