UK HealthCare Perioperative Services is seeking a Service Line Manager to supervise and lead perioperative operations and assume responsibility for overall assessment, planning and implementation and evaluation of patient care throughout the service. This particular role will support the Support Services: Anesthesia / OR Assistants / Staff Support Associates teams, carrying out the Hospital and Nursing Service mission, vision, values and the overall strategic planning, clinical management, patient care, financial management and quality management of perioperative services. This role is responsible for promoting the hospital standards and create a patient focused caring environment while addressing and meeting the individual needs of the patient. In addition, foster an environment of collaboration and respect with physicians, and all OR staff members. The role will report directly to the Assistant Director, Perioperative Services.
