Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy of the ordered exam and remains compliant with workflow guidelines
- Perform high quality CT exams to support quality of patient care
- Consistently practice radiation safety along with dose reduction when appropriate
- Gather and convey accurate information for quality patient outcomes
- Provide appropriate patient education and communicate delays to patient when likely
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
- Registered by the ARRT (R) in good standing
- Licensed by the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts
- CPR/BLS Certification
