What are the responsibilities and job description for the MS-HS School Social Workers for Academic Summer School position at Ulster BOCES?
The Ulster BOCES Academic Summer School Program is seeking licensed/certified School Social Workers for student support from July 7, 2025 to August 20, 2025. Support for students will include clinical counseling, crisis intervention, and attendance monitoring, among other responsibilities. NYS licensing and certification, as well as fingerprinting, is required.
Compensation
High School: $2,936.00 per session (Up to two 2-hour sessions taught each day)
Middle School: $2,936.00 per session (Up to two 2-hour sessions taught each day)
This is a non-benefited position.
WORK SCHEDULE
The program runs 4 days per week between July 7 and August 20, 2025, Monday to Thursday, from 7:30 am - 12:30 pm. Full Commitment to the entirety of the program is necessary, including Regents days. Possible locations include New Paltz, Kingston and Rondout school districts.
