The Ulster County SPCA has been providing shelter for lost, abused and unwanted animals since 1891. We are looking for an energetic, reliable and hardworking individual to join our high-performance team as an Animal Care Attendant.
Duties include but are not limited to cleaning and feeding of the animals, assisting in adoption counseling and customer service, working alongside a team of professional, respectful individuals. If you are a friendly, self-motivated, reliable, flexible and detail-oriented individual who is willing to learn methods of animal husbandry and handling, this position may be for you. High school diploma, valid driver's license, solid people skills, and having a sense of pride in all you do is a must. This position requires lifting, bending and spending long periods of time on your feet.
This is a predominantly cleaning position, full time 7:30am - 4pm. To be considered, a cover letter and resume must be submitted.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
