Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers at event sites and retail locations, providing product information and building trust through meaningful interactions
• Promote products and services directly through in-person conversations, focusing on value and customer needs
• Lead product demonstrations and clearly communicate key features and benefits to support buying decisions
• Help with event logistics including setup, coordination, and takedown, ensuring smooth and professional execution
• Represent the brand in a professional manner, maintaining a customer-first approach and promoting positive brand awareness
• Record and share customer feedback and event observations with the team to improve campaign performance
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and overall campaign goals
