Key Requirements:
- Must have JD and Active License with Florida Bar
- Must have 4 years of Real Estate Attorney Experience (Primarily in residential closings - can be from a law firm or a real estate closing firm)
- Needs to have some supervisory experience, as they will be managing a small team of paralegals.
Education & Experience Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, in good standing with The Florida Bar.
- 5 Years of Real Estate Experience
- Supervisory experience for a Paralegal team
