Due to continued growth and success, we are looking for exceptional and results-driven Personal Trainers to join our highly successful team across California where we currently have 2 gym sites: U.P. LA Brentwood and U.P. LA West Hollywood.

Our goal is to educate and mould you, not only into a world-class Personal Trainer, but as one of the future leaders of U.P. We have already done this with multiple Trainers, including members of our current Senior Management team. We have achieved this through our mentorship scheme which every new Personal Trainer will be a part of so that you understand our philosophy and have the ability to continually learn and develop as a Trainer.

Advertised earnings are reflective of the advertised U.P. location’s OTEs for Junior Trainer roles in the local currency, dependent on the Junior level offered if successful.
