Key responsibilities include :
- Responding to requests from mortgagors, third parties, and departments for payoff and lien release documentation.
- Managing workflow to meet deadlines for payoffs, lien releases, and reporting.
- Preparing payoff files, requesting loan documents, and ensuring lien release documents are sent for recording.
- Maintaining logs, reports, and systems, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Supporting audits and department members as needed.
- Handling MERS and department reporting, email inbox management, and reviewing vendor invoices.
