The role is responsible for delivering exceptional service to bank clients by anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations while maintaining strong communication with customers and staff. You will manage new account openings, ensure accurate document production, and identify opportunities for cross-selling products to meet client needs. Additionally, you'll handle wire transactions, safeguard vault and cash assets, and perform various other tasks, including serving as a Notary Public and ensuring compliance with legal documentation and fraud prevention measures.
