Location: Eden Prairie, MN | Type: Direct Hire | Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Salary: $50K-$60K

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist with strong experience in service scheduling, dispatching technicians, order entry, and parts coordination.

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email regarding service, parts, and scheduling
• Schedule service repairs, dispatch technicians, and coordinate parts shipments.
• Process order entry and maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and escalating when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, managing 80-90 interactions daily.
  
  

• 2 years of customer service experience (phone-based required; service scheduling/dispatching highly preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or SAP ERP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt quickly to changing demands.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated team player.
