Job Summary:

As an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) specializing in Botox and lip filler treatments at Ultra Cryo & Recovery, you will play a key role in providing cosmetic injectable services. You will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care, enhancing clients' confidence and well-being through our aesthetic treatments. Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms, including trending Instagram reels, TikToks, and other multimedia content that resonates with our target audience.
• Filming & Video Production: Assist in filming and editing short-form videos for social media, promotional content, and tutorials related to our services.
• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts, advertisements, email campaigns, and website updates using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design platforms.
• Social Media Management: Monitor and maintain the brand’s social media presence, staying on top of current trends within the med spa and beauty industry to ensure we remain competitive and relevant.
• Blog & SEO Writing: Write and edit SEO-optimized blog posts focused on aesthetic treatments, client testimonials, skin care, and other industry topics to boost organic traffic to our website.
• Google Ads Management: Assist in creating and managing Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversions for services offered at the med spa.
• Analytics & Reporting: Assist in tracking and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media, blog content) to help refine strategies and improve results.
• Client Engagement: Work closely with the team to craft campaigns that engage, inform, and retain clients, with a focus on personalized, high-quality content.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
• Experience with Google Ads, including keyword research, campaign setup, and performance analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in creating engaging social media content (Instagram Reels, TikToks, etc.).
• Strong background in writing SEO-optimized blog posts and website content.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator).
• Experience with video filming, editing, and production for social media and digital marketing.

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and how to optimize content for search engines.
• Knowledge of med spa trends, including popular treatments, terminology, and client needs.
• Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and understanding of engagement metrics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Adobe Photoshop creative skills.
