Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Inspector to join our team at our facility in Germantown, WI, 53022. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
• Perform visual inspections, measurements, and tests using various tools and equipment
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities
• Identify and report any deviations or non-conformities to the appropriate personnel
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Participate in the development and improvement of quality control procedures and processes
• Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to quality control
• Assist in training and mentoring new quality control team members

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or education in quality control is a plus
• Prior experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar role is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using measurement tools and equipment
• Knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and standards
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with quality control software
