1. Position Summary

We are looking for someone with great people skills both via phone and email communication. Someone that easily works with the team but can think and work on their own. You will be a key link in representing our premier brand between the customer and the company. Customers rely on us to make their jobs easier and go out of our way to get them true information and answer questions. You will not be asked to be a salesperson or meet any sales quotas. YOU are our best sales tool.

Principal Responsibilities/Duties

Processing of orders, updates about delivery, and white glove service support for assigned accounts.

Ability to supply tracking for shipped orders and related service issues regarding orders in a professional manner.

Communicate with clients, sales representatives, and internal departments via phone and email.

Consistent monitoring of emails throughout the day with the intent to reply to all inquiries to all Inquiries quickly and accurately.

Answering telephone calls (checking stock, checking status of orders, errors) etc. in a timely manner.

Attend team and company meetings when warranted.

Work closely with the shipping department and the purchasing department on a daily basis.

Resolve any Customer Complaints and any errors or discrepancies our valued customers may

encounter, in a professional and compassionate manner.

2. Critical Challenges

Understanding the Company’s structure, keeping up with the pace, and being able to multi-task.

Must know how to prioritize.

Must be detail oriented and have the capability to problem solve when warranted to customer’s satisfaction.

Ability to anticipate customer needs and be persistent in seeing them met.

Maintain a patient and helpful attitude in stressful situations involving customers and be able to resolve the situation positively for the client while still maintaining Ultrafabrics best interest.

Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.

*Sage Experience is a PLUS*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
