Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a RN Clinical Coordinator for Behavioral Health. The RN Clinical Coordinator will partner with the Nurse Manager of the Inpatient Behavioral Health Pavilion to oversee daily clinical operations, coordinate care for behavioral health patients, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves developing and implementing care plans, supervising and training clinical staff, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and monitoring patient progress. The RN Clinical Coordinator role requires one 12-hour bedside shift per week with an additional 24 hours of work as a clinical expert. No weekends or holidays required.
Qualifications
3 years of experience
- in psychiatric nursing
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, including at least 1 year of charge nurse experience
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively
Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance in healthcare
- Current RN license in Maryland is required
- BSN or higher in Nursing preferred
- ANCC PMH-BC preferred
