About the Role:
Design and produce high-quality visual designs for various marketing, advertising, and packaging projects, including both traditional print and online design. Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to determine and deliver the most appropriate solutions, making recommendations and proposals to meet project specifications. Manage multiple projects from initial concept through final production with attention to details and deadlines.

The pay range for this role is $95,000 - $115,000, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.

About the Role:
Design and produce high-quality visual designs for various marketing, advertising, and packaging projects, including both traditional print and online design. - Consult with internal clients to discuss business objectives, requirements, and project specifications, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and expectations.
- Interpret clients’ business needs and think creatively to develop innovative concepts that align with their goals and the bank's branding guidelines.
- Generate creative ideas and concepts, and present them to clients or account managers, incorporating feedback to refine and improve the designs.
- Utilize a wide range of media, including photography and computer-aided design (CAD), to create visually appealing and effective designs.
- Contribute ideas and design artwork to the overall project, demonstrate illustrative skills with rough sketches, and develop interactive designs.
- Proofread all design work to ensure accuracy, high quality, and adherence to the bank's standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team members, including photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists, to deliver cohesive and integrated design solutions.
- Manage projects effectively by meeting timelines and deadlines, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful project completion.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies in new media and design programs, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge to remain competitive and innovative.
- Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
- Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
- Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
- May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

- Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, required.
- 5-10 years of Graphic Design experience, required
- Proven ability to effectively consult with internal clients to understand their business objectives, requirements, and project specifications.
- Advanced interpersonal skills in interpreting clients’ business needs and developing innovative concepts that align with their goals and the bank's branding guidelines.
- Advanced proficiency in generating creative ideas and concepts, presenting them to clients or account managers, and incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs.
- Expertise in utilizing a wide range of media, including photography and computer-aided design (CAD), to create visually appealing and effective designs.
- Strong ability to contribute ideas and design artwork, demonstrate illustrative skills with rough sketches, and develop interactive designs.
- Strong attention to detail in proofreading all design work to ensure accuracy, high quality, and adherence to the bank's standards and regulatory requirements.
- Advanced experience in collaborating with team members, including photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists, to deliver cohesive and integrated design solutions.
- Competence in managing projects effectively by meeting timelines and deadlines, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful project completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects).
- Comprehensive understanding of HTML/CSS and web design principles. Proficient photo and video editing skills for post-production.
- Ability to stay abreast of emerging technologies in new media and design programs, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge to remain competitive and innovative.
