As the Faculty Part-Time Head Softball Coach, you will will oversee all functions of a successful Women’s softball program, with the assistance of multiple assistant coaches. The position requires a high level of experience in the area of recruiting, practice organization, game strategies, conditioning, public relations, fund raising, and team discipline, as well as the instruction of multiple softball courses.

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- A minimum of three years successful coaching on the collegiate levels is preferred. Five years successful coaching on the secondary, or club level, will be considered.
- Ability to possess a valid Oregon drivers’ license.
- Ability to complete 15 passenger bus training.
- Ability to possess current First Aid/CPR certification.
