We are looking for a Front Desk Hospitality and Admin Assist Team Member to join our dynamic team! This role blends front desk responsibilities with administrative support and food order coordination, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a welcoming and professional experience while also managing administrative duties. Additionally, this role involves handling to-go food delivery operations, including order management and vendor coordination
Key Responsibilities:Front Desk & Administrative Duties:
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct messages accordingly.
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front desk area.
Food Order & Delivery Coordination:
- Order Management: Take and process orders via phone, online platforms, and in-person.
- Food Packing Coordination: Ensure all orders are correctly packed and ready for delivery or pickup, maintaining high accuracy and presentation standards.
- Vendor Coordination: Communicate with vendors to manage inventory, place orders, and ensure timely delivery of items.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Computer literacy and ability to work with online ordering systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in front desk operations, order management, or hospitality is a plus.
