Job Description
UNC Health Blue Ridge is seeking a Day Shift Hospitalist APP at our UNC Health Blue Ridge Main Hospital in Morganton, NC.

- On Average 15 Shifts a month
QUALIFICATIONS
Education Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited graduate –level Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) program.
- Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider (i.e., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant) in the state of North Carolina or eligible.
- Board certification if required by the Department
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
- 2 years of inpatient experience
- Feel comfortable with admits
- Demonstrates clinical competency
- Preventive Care
- Management of Acute and Chronic health issues
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrates written and verbal communication and strong analytical skills.
- Effective interaction and care of patients
- Documentation of medical records for accurate billing
