The Job
We are seeking an A player to build out our Quality organization and level-up our Quality Management System in Pleasanton, CA. This job is all about improving the supply chain and manufacturing processes that matter for robustness and scalability. You will enable Manufacturing Operations to continue spectacular growth with more consistency and reduced risk and ensure high quality products to our customers. Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high performing Quality team
- Develop a Quality Management System aligned with ISO9001
- Develop quality processes for Operations including CAPA, NCR, RMA, IPQC
- Setup and monitor quality metrics
- Manage quarterly quality meetings
- Partner with Supply Chain for improving supplier quality, including incoming inspection
- Manage document control
- Manage product compliance
- Engage with customers and suppliers concerning quality
- Create and update procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher in a STEM field, engineering strongly preferred
- 10 years industry experience in Life Sciences, 3 years leading people
- Expert knowledge in setting up and managing ISO9001 quality management system
- Experience working in Manufacturing Operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead process and organizational change
- Ability to dive in and be hands-on at a technical level when required
- Strong written and verbal communicator, with solid presentation skills
- Self-driven and thrive in an environment of high-performance expectations
- Must adhere and comply with all the Company’s policies, including the Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccination policy
