Your Role:
You will be responsible for engaging our guests and providing the highest level of hospitality through conversation, active listening, and the fulfillment of our guest's needs through our food and beverage program.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome every guest as if they were a visitor in your own home
- Ask questions to find out why the guest is visiting and if they have any special needs such as dietary restrictions or allergens
- Pay attention to body language and nonverbal communication in order to anticipate guests needs
- Use any information gained from conversation with the guest to make the experience more memorable- think outside the box!
- Guide the guest through our food and beverage menus and answer any questions asked.
- Accurately and actively take and place orders from bar guests for food and beverages. Use your knowledge of our menu and what you've learned about the guest to provide them the perfect options
- Produce the needed beverages for the service well and the restaurant, treating every guest as your own
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the bar.
- Keep an accurate spill through the shift.
- Complete assigned side duties before leaving work
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Must have at least 2 years of bartending experience
- Food Handler's license and TABC Certification required
Hourly Tips: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
