URB works with regional insurance companies in the Property / Casualty insurance marketplace writing business in the State of New York and Pennsylvania. URB products support the following lines of business : Homeowners, Landlords Packages, BOP, Commercial Packages, Small Contractors, Umbrella, Dwelling Fire, Farmowners and Inland Marine.

Job Description
Product Development Specialist
As a member of the URB Team, the Product Development Specialist will work to research, develop and write property and casualty insurance forms for use in New York and Pennsylvania. In addition, the Product Development Specialist will be assigned other related tasks such as preparing filings for regulatory authorities and answering coverage questions.
Qualifications
- 5 years experience in the property / casualty insurance industry, preference given to those with claims or underwriting background
- Strong understanding of policy coverage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and able to work collaboratively
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
