SENIOR LEVEL CONSTRUCTION DEFECT CLAIMS ADJUSTER NEEDED We need a Senior Level Construction Defect Claims Adjuster who will be responsible for:· Establishing facts of loss, coverage analysis, investigation, compensability/liability/negligence determination.· The coordination of medical care (as appropriate).· Litigation management.· Damage assessment.· Settlement negotiations.· Identifying potential fraud.· Appropriate use of authorized vendors. · The timely and appropriate reserve analysis and report completion.· Attending conferences, client meetings, and other travel as needed.· Mentoring other adjusters and assisting management as requested.· Handling claims within state statutes and according to company guidelines.· Maintaining claim metrics.· Handling an expected claims caseload of complex, litigated claims.
