Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our Overseas Warehouse operations. This role focuses on administrative HR tasks, employee coordination, and daily support work. Prior HR experience is helpful but not required; we value responsibility, communication skills, and a positive work attitude.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment for overseas warehouse positions, including resume screening and initial candidate screening
  • Communicate with employees to understand staffing needs and employee-related requests
  • Support employee engagement activities, including organizing team-building events
  • Assist with administrative and clerical tasks for overseas warehouse operations, including:
  • Maintaining spreadsheets and basic data entry
  • Following up on exception cases and issue items
  • Providing general administrative and coordination support
Requirements
  • Bilingual in Chinese and English (spoken and written) — required
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized
  • proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
  • HR or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
