Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team for both the day and evening shifts. The Dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods.
Responsibilities:
1. Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or hand-washing methods.
2. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
3. Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
4. Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
5. Sweep and scrub floors as needed.
6. Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is a plus.
2. Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed.
3. Physical endurance to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
4. Strong work ethic and team player mentality.
5. Good communication skills.
6. High school diploma or equivalent.
