- Develop and maintain data pipelines using AWS services such as S3, Redshift, and Lambda.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including developers, designers, and business stakeholders) to understand source data, data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Interpret data and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead data-related project activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Follow Honda data governance and best practices to ensure data quality and security.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to visualize key metrics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and provide technical support.

What’s Needed
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven 3-5 years of experience in a Data Analyst role.
- Strong proficiency in AWS services (S3, Redshift, Lambda, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with database management.
- Ability to lead and manage tasks and activities effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with machine learning and AI tools.
- Familiarity with Python, R, SQL, Tableau/PowerBI knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
