What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Residential Director position at Unified Community Connections, Inc.?

The Assistant Residential Director is responsible for the growth, development, and day-to-day functioning of the Residential Department, the supervision of staff within that department, and acting as a liaison with other programs and supporting departments representing the Residential Department. On-Call every (3) Weeks is a requirement.
Qualifications: Knowledge and understanding of the needs of individuals with disabilities are preferred. Must have demonstrated abilities in supervision, budget management, and service delivery. Must be able to demonstrate skills in the following areas: problem-solving, project/task management, time management, dependability, good judgment, and safe work practices.
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Human Services is preferred. Two (2) to five (5) years in a Residential or Personal Support Services environment and two (2) to five (5) years of experience in a supervisory role. Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word).
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must have valid Motor Vehicle Class "C" Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation.
