Job Overview:
The Sr. Program Manager leads the customer focus team and provides enterprise-level support for Unigen products and services to designated customers, ensuring quality service, operational performance, financial health, effective coordination and communication with the customer, and managing account profitability. Reports to SVP of Business Operations. Located at the Unigen Headquarters in Newark, CA.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers on product introduction to the mass production roadmap
- Rationalize customer demand and manage customer orders
- Review and finalize customer quotation
- Manage and own P/L for the customer account
- Drive delivery and ship schedule with the planning department clear to build status
- Manage business transfer and ramping plan
- Responsible for reverse logistics management such as rework and RMA
- Ensure quality service and operational performance within the parameters of program and delivery standards:
- Perform excess material review on a monthly basis
- Prepare PPV summary on a monthly basis
- Follow-up with accounts receivable on escalated cases for outstanding invoices
- Propose and coordinate statements of work (SOW)
- Maintain and communicate Action Item Matrix for each program
- Develop and manage client relationships and business within the program
- Proactively learn about client business, identify service needs
- Effectively manage product margin and pricing for new products, drive E&O resolution
- Report key business indicators and provide analysis of capital expenses
- Propose business solutions and drive changes within the program
- Manage and coordinate QBR upon customer request
- Act as a single point of client contact to coordinate the resolution of service incidents and escalation of technical issues
- Project risk management
- Identifying, assessing, prioritizing, documenting, and managing risk and its impact
- Follows mitigation or contingency plans to address or exploit risk.
- Monitors progress against plans, identifying and tracking barriers.
Other duties and responsibilities related to Program Management as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of Program Manager work experience in a manufacturing environment and preferably in an EMS provider.
- Analytical, financial, and budgeting skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Project, and PowerPoint,
- Experience in using MRP/ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, and QAD is a plus
Salary Range: $75,000 - $140,000
