Your main goal in this role is to provide safe, professional, and loving care to our patients in their homes. Union Registered Nurses must possess strong clinical knowledge in various geriatric disease processes and be proficient in performing head-to-toe assessments, wound card, injections, education, medication management, to name a few.
Requirements:
- Licensed IN Registered Nurse (RN) is required, with a minimum of one year of RN or previous LPN experience as a new RN graduate
- Home Health or Hospice nursing experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to travel to see patients within the Marion Co territory and assist with growth
- Must be able to provide a flexible schedule - A minimum of two (2) days per week is required; weekend availability preferred but not required.
- COVID vaccinated or can present a medical or religious exemption
