Job Duties (IT Administrator):
- Act as initial point of contact for employees in resolving common computer, phone and copy machine issues.
- Manage and prioritize service requests.
- Setup, install and configure software and hardware components, updates, patches, etc. remotely and in-person.
- Adhere to company security and safety protocols.
- Assist IT Manager with maintenance of computer networks, personal computers, servers, and printers.
- Dispose of, or locate agencies who are able to properly dispose of, out-of-date equipment.
Required Experience (IT Administrator):
Experience with freight forwarding or customs clearance software is a plus (e.g. CargoWise, FreightStream, etc.) Must also have excellent customer service skills; computer skills (including Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, MS Teams); written and oral communication; organizational skills; attendance; problem-solving; and attention to detail.
VoIP and Azure Active Directory experience is a plus.
Required Language (IT Administrator):
Read, write, and speak English fluently. Bi-lingual in Mandarin, Vietnamese, Korean, or Japanese is a plus.

Pay: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour
