Your responsibilities
Reconciliation & confirmation of all daily transactions (exchange trades, OTC trades, and brokerage fees and relevant details)
Validate and process daily exchange and OTC margin calls
Process payments and reconcile bank statements for receipt of daily margin calls
Track and report KPIs in PowerBI to reduce operational issues and process improvement
Support audit prep, internal compliance controls and operational reporting
Assist in digitalization efforts and new system implementations / testing
Back up other team members as necessary with settlement processes for OTC counterparties for Gas, Helium and Environmental Products
Assist in procurement, new hire onboarding and vendor access
Your profile
Undergraduate degree in Business, Math, Finance, Economics, or related field
0-5 years of working in an energy trading organization in a finance or operations role
Good communication and organizational skills
Customer Service - the role serves a number of customers and working proactively to relay information and meet customer needs is a key driver of business success
Problem Solving - the business relies on numbers and identifying problems and rectifying them is critical to the success of the business and the individual
