Job Description: Job Description: As a Delivery Project Manager, you will combine your project management expertise with a deep understanding of Enterprise, Conversational, and Generative AI technologies. You will lead globally distributed teams, ensuring the successful delivery of complex solutions that align with client expectations, drive revenue, and create value-driven results. This role will manage multiple projects simultaneously with budgets ranging from $100k to several million dollars. This role requires strong customer interaction skills, and you will regularly engage with clients through multiple channels, including in-person meetings, calls, and emails. You will ensure that project implementations are completed on time and within budget. The position is remote with 15% U.S. and international travel to internal meetings and customer sites. Responsibilities: Scope Management: Define and manage project scope, ensuring the successful delivery of multiple end-user facing software solutions. Requirement Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, both functional and non-functional, to ensure project success. Project Management Deliverables: Develop and distribute key project management documents, including implementation plans, schedules, budgets, issue logs, risk assessments, and status reports. Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project data is accurately maintained in internal systems. Presentation & Relationship Management: Present project outcomes and make recommendations to stakeholders, while maintaining and building strong client relationships. Mentorship: Support less experienced team members by fostering a collaborative, learning-focused environment. Desired Experience: 4 years of experience in Project/Program Management, account management, or other customer-facing roles. Experience delivering end-user facing software solutions. Professional PM certification (PMP, Prince2, ITIL, Agile, SCRUM, or equivalent). Strong understanding of CCaaS, telephony solutions, enterprise or generative AI, and API integrations. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once, with an emphasis on on-time, on-budget delivery. Ability to work in a collaborative environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to travel up to 15%. Good to Have: Experience deploying speech analytics, Conversational BOTs, or Agent Assist technologies. Familiarity with Contact Center best practices Ability to manage a remote team across different geographies and time zones. Hiring Range: $117,000 - $146,200 - for Primary Location of USA - FL - Remote The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
