What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitor position at Unique Cleaning?
Unique Cleaning Service, Inc. is in search of Janitors for one of our customers at a facility in Murfreesboro, TN. The successful candidates will maintain buildings in clean and orderly condition by performing routine maintenance functions. We are looking to fill this position with experienced candidates that are detail and service oriented.
Duties:
- Clean and service restrooms.
- Clean, sweep, scrub, buff floors
- Dust and empty trash containers
- Clean administrative offices, break rooms, etc.
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning and toiletry supplies
- Other duties as assigned
- Clean and sanitize equipment
- Cleans common area space and waiting areas in facility
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year janitorial experience in a medical environment a plus!
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be a self starter, punctual and reliable person willing to be a team player at all times.
Requirements:
Must be able to pass background check requiring fingerprinting.
Lifting of heavy supplies and materials.
Experience operating large motorized housekeeping equipment
Stripping and waxing floors experience preferred
$12.38 per hour!
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8AM-2PM
