What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rental Photo Consultant position at Unique Photo?
Unique Photo offers a large selection of the latest High-End and Consumer level cameras and lenses, lighting and lighting modifiers, grip, stands and accessories to our local area and National clients. We are hoping to bring new candidates looking to expand their knowledge of gear, techniques and the industry as a whole to our team. Conveniently located in Fairfield, NJ and Philadelphia we pride ourselves in our ability to give our clients a professional rental experience with real world insight and advice.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Maintain proper customer service standards as the front of the Rental Department.
-Check and Maintain Equipment inventory in between check-outs.
-Assist clients with Check-Out and Check-In processes in a professional and friendly manner.
-Troubleshoot questions with equipment during regular store hours.
-Check-in Equipment for all complete components and Functionality as clients return orders.
-Provide a speciality base of information for Sales Staff and Customer Service.
-Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
Qualifications:
-Ideal candidates have 1 year film/studio experience, or Photo School equivalent preferred, not required.
-General Skills; self motivated,attention to detail, problem solving, and an ability to maintain a “Cool head” during pressure situations.
-Punctuality is a necessity.
-Willing to do manual tasks, lift and carry 35-50 lbs.
Compensation:
-Hourly; Commensurate with experience.
-Consistent schedule with flexibility on the weekends and holidays.

Salary : $37,900 - $48,000
