About the Role
As a Sales Caller, you will play a key part in our sales process by making outbound calls to provide leads, engaging prospects, and scheduling appointments for our sales staff. Reporting directly to our sales Manager, you will use your interpersonal skills and professionalism to always make a strong first impression and represent Sparco with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
· Making outbound calls to provide leads and secure appointments for the sales team
· Ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression of our company
· Conduct data mining to identify and qualify prospects
· Contact all individuals who express interest in our products and services
· Schedule appointments for follow-up by our sales staff
· Clarifying product information, benefits, and value of services
Minimum Qualifications
· 1-2 years of Sales roles or calling experience
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Well-spoken, outgoing, organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and adaptable
The Ideal Candidate
· Professional and articulate communicator
· Able to build relationships quickly
· Familiar with Microsoft Office
· Team player with a collaborative mindset
