The Clinical Services Analyst will provide clinical insights and data analysis to support the organization in making data-driven decisions to improve patient care and clinic operations. This position requires a blend of nursing expertise and analytical skills to assess and enhance clinical workflows, outcomes, quality, trends, and overall efficiency. This role works closely with the Sr Director of Clinical Services and the Sr Director of Healthcare Analytics and key business partners to develop analysis and procedures to support business goals.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret clinical data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in patient care and clinic operations
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate clinical performance metrics, patient outcomes, and adherence to best practices and regulatory standards
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on clinical performance, including recommendations for process improvements and strategic initiatives
- Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare providers, administrators, and other stakeholders to implement data-driven strategies and solutions
- Clinical Support: Provide clinical expertise and support in the development and implementation of new protocols, procedures, and technologies
- Maintains and applies knowledge of current trends, practices and developments in healthcare
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 ~ 5 years of direct clinical nursing experience; experience in data analysis or healthcare analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
- Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nevada
- Working knowledge and experience in industry coding (revenue codes, ICD 10 classifications, CPT codes, etc.)
- Experience in a healthcare environment including hospital or managed care with Population Health experience, preferred
- Knowledge of NCQA, HEDIS, STAR or other healthcare quality metrics, preferred
Salary range for this position: Salary $100,800 - $131,000. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to: relevant experience, qualifications, expertise, certifications, licenses, education or equivalent work experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
Work Schedule (may vary to meet business needs): Monday~Friday, 7.5 hours per day (37.5 hours per week) with potential for hybrid work-from-home arrangement.
