Job Summary
United Aero Solutions Inc is seeking a dedicated and motivated Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency with our aircraft parts by receiving and shipping Aircraft parts, Managing inventory, Maintenance Coordination, Repair Order Management, Work Order Maintenance etc. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the flow of goods and services, ensuring efficient operations within our supply chain. This position requires strong organizational skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively with various team members.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Manage supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain effective supplier management.
- Utilize demand planning techniques to forecast inventory needs accurately.
- Perform data entry tasks related to inventory levels and shipment tracking.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to logistics.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishment strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics coordination for aircraft parts handeling in recommended, but no required
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and handeling aircraft parts
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and practices.
- Experience in automotive repair is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes is essential.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations is preferred.
- A valid forklift certification is an advantage.
- Aviation Experience is preferred.
Receiving Parts:
- Ensure all the parts received are in accordance with the sent PO, RO, SO or RMI.
- Inventory the received parts and material accordingly while familiarizing the system used by United Aero Solutions.
- Confirm the parts received for either inventory or for sales order allocation, repair order allocation or other arrangement to effectively carry out work.
Shipping Parts:
- Ensure all the parts shipped are in accordance to the SO, PO, RO.
- Allocate the parts and material accordingly in the inventory and ship it. Packaging, Handeling & Shipping
Repair Order Management:
- Coordinate with the repair shop and vendors for sent work under RO & PO.
Purchase Order Management:
- Purchase Order management as required by the shop, vendors, for repair order etc.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) (College Degree Preferred!)
- Six month to One year related experience preferred
- Computer proficient in MS office and general internet applications
- Ability to work well without supervision
- Ability to be certified in the handling of hazardous materials
- Must possess good oral and written communications skills and problem solving skills
- Ability to read, write and understand English
PHYSICAL EFFORT AND DEXTERITY:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to sit; use their hands and arms; and talk or hear; and focus on objects close up.
- The employee will also be required to stand; walk; climb; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally with assistance lift and/or move greater poundage
ENVIRONMENT:
- May work near moving mechanical parts in high, precarious places and may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles
- Working area is in the warehouse and stockroom; subjected to noises if any equipment are in use, and use of pneumatic tools
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for preparing daily reports for all incoming and outgoing parts, equipment and material
- Perform daily housekeeping duties within area
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned
- Ship & Receive Parts
- Create Repair Order & Manage Repair As Required.
- Coordinate Customer PO & Sales Order.

- QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Ability to communicate effectively with other personnel at all levels regarding all job-related issues both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to operate general office equipment, such as fax and copy machines.
- Ability to read, comprehend and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to carry out a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
